Today is my 10 year X-Files anniversary !
I'm still trying to comprehend that, but I can't quite wrap my brain around the fact.
10 years, that's nearly half my life. That's twice as long as I know most of my friends.
It's been a wonderful journey and I'm grateful every day to have it in my life.
Gosh, this is making me so sentimental. I could talk about why XF is so important to me for days !
And to celebrate this day, I got an X-Files tattoo.
I wanted to wait actually, a little longer, until my next stay in Germany or so, to make sure that I truly want it and not just because of all the hype right now, but this date was too good to let it pass and I absolutely love it!!!
You can't see the end result yet, but so far it's looking like the best XF tattoo I've seen.
And I was absolutely lucky to get it done today, because the tattoo guy is booked out for 4-6 weeks in advance and I went to ask for an appointment last week. But it does help, when you know the guy and one of your best friends is one of his best friends. :-D
And he only took 50 € from me, which is an absolute bargain. Again, it does help, when you know the guy. *happy*
